Apex Architects offers three core services. What makes Apex Architects different from other agencies?
Four things, and we'll be straight about all of them. We price by website size, not company size. Most agencies charge based on how big your company is. We think that's the wrong metric. What actually determines how much work needs to be done is your website. How many pages you have, how much content exists, how much ground we need to cover to get results. A 10-person company with a 40-page site needs more work than a 200-person company with a 10-page site. So we price accordingly. We publish our prices. What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO targets traditional Google search, ranking your website on page one of Google's blue-link results. AEO targets AI-generated answers: having your business cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and voice assistants when users ask questions. Both matter in 2026. The techniques overlap, since structured content, schema markup, and clear answers help both, but they are optimized differently. Apex Architects offers both as separate services that work best together.
Why doesn't Apex Architects have many Google reviews yet?
Because we're new, and saying otherwise would be dishonest. We launched Apex Architects to build something premium, not something fast. We're not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We're trying to be the right one for the clients we work with. Right now that means a small client list, real attention on every project, and work we're actually proud to put our name on. Apex Architects websites start at $750, with most projects ranging from $750 to $1,500 depending on scope. All sites include zero ongoing hosting fees. Simple at $750: a one-page website with contact form, mobile responsive design, and basic SEO. Apex at $1,500: up to four pages, custom design, lead capture, and SEO-ready pages. Architect at $4,500+: full applications with user accounts, CRM panels, custom backend logic, and integrations like Stripe and Calendly. All plans are built on ICP.
How long does it take to build a website?
Simple one-page websites are delivered in 2–3 business days. Standard Apex websites with up to four pages are delivered in 5–7 business days. Architect-tier applications typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Every project includes one revision round before final delivery. Rush delivery is available on request. We move this fast because our entire build process is AI-powered. What takes a traditional agency 8–12 weeks takes us under a week.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the design after the first revision round, we rebuild it at no additional charge. We offer this guarantee because our AI-powered process gives us the confidence to stand behind every deliverable. We have never needed to invoke it, but it exists so you can buy with complete confidence.

Is GEO the same as AEO?

The Starter Growth plan covers up to 20 pages of citation-ready content, schema markup, and monthly citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. The Growth System plan is $1,500 per month for up to 40 pages with deeper competitor tracking. No contracts after the 3-month minimum. We are one of the only agencies offering dedicated AEO services at any price point.
Is Apex Radar included with the AEO retainer?
Yes. Both AEO retainer plans include Apex Radar competitor audits at no extra cost. Every month we scan your competitors, track their positioning, and surface what's changed. The Growth System plan ($1,500/mo) includes the full Apex Radar suite — Business Intelligence, Price Monitoring, Content Monitor, and AI Visibility tracking. Both plans are month-to-month after the 3-month minimum.
How long does it take to appear in ChatGPT results?

What is the no-results guarantee?
If we cannot surface useful, actionable data about your market and competitors, you pay nothing. No results means no payment, no questions asked. We offer this guarantee because our AI-powered process gives us the confidence to stand behind every deliverable.

Are your prices in USD or CAD?
All prices listed are in USD. If you are a Canadian client and prefer to pay in CAD, just let us know when you reach out and we will provide the CAD equivalent at the current exchange rate.
Do you offer payment plans?
For website projects, we typically take 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For Architect-tier projects over $4,500, we can discuss a milestone-based payment structure. Reach out and we will find an arrangement that works.
What happens after my website is delivered?
You receive full ownership of your site including all assets, code, and canister access. A 30-day post-launch support window is included on all plans. After that, ongoing maintenance, content updates, or additional pages can be scoped as separate projects. We also offer AEO retainers if you want to continue building AI visibility after launch.

The Internet Computer Protocol is a blockchain network built by the DFINITY Foundation. Instead of running your website on rented servers from Amazon or Google, ICP runs it directly on the internet itself. No hosting contract, no monthly fee, no single server that can go offline or get compromised. The network went live in May 2021. In over five years it has never been hacked and has never gone down. That kind of track record is genuinely rare. Traditional cloud platforms get breached. Hosting providers go offline. ICP is built so that neither of those things can happen the way they do on conventional infrastructure. For you as a client it means one thing practically. You pay nothing for hosting, ever. At typical rates of $25 to $100 a month, that saves you somewhere between $300 and $1,200 a year, every year, for as long as your site exists. We believe this is where the internet is going. Not because it's new and interesting but because it solves real problems that the current web hasn't.
Do I need to understand blockchain to use it?
You do not need to understand blockchain to use an Apex Architects website. Apex Architects handles deployment, infrastructure, and domain setup for you. From your perspective, you receive a live website at your domain. If you ever want to understand it more deeply or take over management yourself, we provide full documentation and handoff.
What are the limitations of ICP?
ICP is newer than traditional cloud providers, which means the ecosystem is smaller and some legacy integrations require adaptation. It is not suitable for projects built on PHP or Rails. If you plan to hire an independent developer to maintain your site later, the ICP talent pool is smaller than for traditional stacks. For most business websites and applications, none of these limitations apply, but we believe in being transparent so you can make the right decision.
